AFAF’s October invitational features the artwork of members of the Lakes Region Watercolor Guild, alongside 3-dimensional art from the Clayworkers Guild of Illinois. Based in Grayslake and Woodstock, these guilds share our vision of providing art education programs to local communities and supporting the work of artists from northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
This year’s watercolor exhibit will be judged by award-winning Wisconsin artist and educator Jean Weiner, www.jeanweinerart.com. Prizes will be awarded during the reception on October 10, 2026.
The Antioch Art Center is proud to host this always impressive display of creativity by artists from our fellow regional art organizations.
To exhibit in this show, artists must be a current member of either LRWG or CWGI and may obtain the prospectus and entry form for the show from their guild.
