Watercolor Birds & Blooms – 4 Part Course – Wednesdays 2 to 4 pm

Unleash your creativity in this exciting 4-part exploration of watercolor techniques for creating beautiful birds and flowers!  Open to emerging artists age 12 to adult, this class is designed for students with some watercolor experience.

Through a series of guided projects,  artist and retired teacher Lonni Peterson will help you to work with layers, contrast and color. Expand your skill set and spark your creativity!

Ages 12 to adult (with some watercolor experience)
Fee for the three-part course is $100, payable at registration
Dates are Wednesdays October 14, 21, 28 and November 4
Time is from 2 to 4 pm

Supply List – Please bring these items to the first class:
~ 9×12-inch 140lb cold pressed watercolor paper block
~ #10 round brush with good point (i.e. Silver Black Velvet)
~ a container for water
~ tube watercolors (Holbein, Daniel Smith or Winsor Newton):
Alizarin Crimson
Ultramarine Blue
Gamboge Yellow
