Shibori Silk Scarf Workshop – Friday February 3, 2023

Award-winning fabric artist Natasha Lehrer Lewis has a deep connection to the beauty and lifestyle of rural Americana.  She spins, dyes and felts with fibers from local farms and from her own flock.

In this fun interactive class Natasha explores the ancient Japanese fabric dyeing art of Shibori.  Using just a few simple tools, some dye and a little magic, students will create their own colorful 14 x 72-inch silk scarf.  Beginners and experienced fabric artists alike will enjoy learning new skills and techniques.

$65 fee includes all supplies
Please wear old clothes as the dyes will stain.
