Fused Glass “Tall Garden Stake” Workshop – Ages 16 to adult – Saturday August 22nd – 1 to 4 pm

Practice the amazing art of fused glass as you choose your colors and create a statement piece to brighten your garden or home!

Pick the shape – round or diamond, and design your piece of art using colorful sheet and accessory glasses of your choosing.  You will learn basic glass cutting skills and will gain an understanding of the principles of glass fusing.

All supplies will be provided, including a 42-inch metal stand for mounting your artwork, or an alternate shorter stand suitable for indoor display.  Your piece will be fired after class and available for pick up at a future date.

Award-winning glass artist Anna Kubicka will provide step-by-step instruction in a small group setting.  Florals are a traditional motif, but students are encouraged to use their imagination and do their own thing!  All skill levels are welcome.
