Mixed Media Textures & Tips – Friday June 12 – 6 to 8 pm

In this fun hands-on mixed media workshop, artist Erin Whalen teaches students a variety of exciting ways to use mixed media on 2D or 3D surfaces!

Students will have a choice of creating their pieces using a glass wine bottle, apothecary bottle, large wine glass or a wooden panel.

In addition to basic decoupage tips, you’ll learn to work with:

• • liquid polymer
  • texture paste
  • stain applications
  • acrylic dry-brush
  • metallic waxes

Techniques learned in this beginner-friendly class can be applied to many different mixed media art forms.  The possibilities are endless!

Date: Friday June 12, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm
Ages: 16 to adult
Cost: $75 per person includes ALL supplies.  You’ll make at least one piece in class and will have enough material left to make another piece (or more!) at home.
